I was knitting one of these seed stitch hats in the round, and I happened upon this pattern for a fixie hat. I figured it was the perfect way to finish off the hat! After I had knit 5 inches, I increased one stitch so I had an even number of stitches(64). I put half of the stitches on one double pointed needle, and half on another and joined the top using the kitchener stitch. I attached 2 tassles, and voila! Thanks to Larissa Brown for the inspiration and to my daughters for the modeling.
